This yarn is a lovely worsted-spun fingering weight, spun in Great Britain from wool grown in the Falkland Islands. It's very soft, but it also has a bit of crispness to it, and the fingering weight is very versatile.
Worked at a loose gauge you could create a shawl with lovely drape, or at a tight gauge it would make beautiful mittens or gloves. Socks would be very cozy too, but don’t forget they’ll need to be hand-washed as this yarn is prone to felting!
Note: "Golden Glow" was this month's warm colour option, "Wood Grain" was the neutral option, and "Misty Lake" was the cool option. "Misty Lake Deep" is a batch of test skeins that was created during our development process and is a deeper, more saturated blue colour.
