Returns
Please note that all PDF pattern sales are final and non-refundable.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a yarn or kit purchase, please contact us by email to arrange a return. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are returned unopened and in their original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We will replace any damaged or defective item. If you need to exchange a damaged item, please contact us by email to arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.
